Rest is Best

Well, today had been planned as a rest day for a while now, but it would have been anyway, as the sniffles and sneezes of yesterday got a lot worse, and turned into shivers and aches as well. In a way it's good - it won't cost me a day's training as it was a rest day, and also it might explain partly why I found yesterday's run so hard work.

One downer - I've remembered that the social is the day before my one-to-one swimming session and I have peeps staying, so all in all it won't really work! Still - there's still the day's swimming camp, and I can always arrange another individual sesh for later on. Might be good in a way, to get some feedback having tried to adopt what I learn at the swim camp :o)
