Body Pump
Down the gym for a Body Pump sesh - only 45 mins, but good to do some muscle work. I decided to keep the squats shallow today, and fortunately everyone voted against doing the lunges track, which usually buggers my knee up.
So - all in all a productive sesh - almost made up for the problems with the swim. In the end I didn't swim, as I misunderstod the timetable. A shame really, as I fancied it.
Anyhow - post BP I decided to have a protein shake - choccie flavour with a banana and some raspberries in it, which was fabulous.

Found this cartoon yesterday - went back and read every one on the website - brilliant stuff!
Then a wholemeal roll slice in half with pineapply cream cheese, turkey rashers, and a liberal dollop of sweet chilli sauce - gawjus!
