Life of Pi
Distance: 3.14 miles
Time: 26:57
Surface: Road
Av Speed: 8:35 min/mile
Wow - did wonder if I was pushing up a bit from 2.5 miles, my last run, even though I'd only planned a 2.9 miles run. Then part way round I found that a road that looked like it went all the way through to another one was actually a cul-de-sac, and I had to double back which added a bit on. My legs felt fine, so I was okay with that.
No really problems whatsoever - top of right leg on the inside felt a bit tired, but no problems with the hammy or the knee today. I was worried that the cycling which had given me a sore back (Saturday) might have knocked me out of alignemnt, but if it did then it didn't show in the running!
The main issue was the heat - probably only about 20 degrees celsius and it still knocked me sideways :os I'm going to have to get more used to that so I can cope with it - can't guarantee a cold wet day in spring or summer!

As for you Bear - I see a slow and steady increase in mileage over the course of a month... I'm well impressed and I'd do well to learn from you.

Yeah, seems like everyone goes to La Santa thingy. Even my mate Helen is going in about 4 weeks time. I'll get her to do an in-depth review for you!
