Pilates for Pirates
Just back from my first Pilates class at the physio place. I have done Pilates before but not really much like this. It was a grouop with a maximum of four (actually just me) with a qualified physio (incidentally the one who I worked with back in Feb/March this year.
What was great was that I basically ended up getting a physio reassesment in the process. He picked up so much stuff!
The Pilates was great - made all the better by the use of a biofeedback device - essentially a small cushion that went under my lower back with a pressure readout, so that I could tell if I was tilting my spine at all as the pressure gauge reading went up or down. They're about £80 to buy but it might well be worth it :o)

And I thought you said you'd gone for a Plates session... Sounds really worthwhile though. You can give us all a demo at the next social, in your yellow lycra.
