Lardathon Days 4 and 5
Day 4 was okay - Min butty for breakfast, some noodly thing for lunch, and then some noodles in the evening too with Jogblog.
Only problem was the 8 or so pints of beer that we had as well! Still - she seems to have got away with it on the scales so maybe I will do too! I did do a body pump class in the morning though
No exercise today (day 5) but I ate reasonably healthily. Muesli for brekkie (a miniscule portion), and then a double cheeseburger for lunch. Okay, that doesn't sound good, but I was in town and it was all that I had, and it's only 421 calories according to the website for the well known Burger Chain.
Had a cous cous stir fry this evening which was very tasty :-)

I also had a choklit that someone kindly posted to me - which obviously doesn't contain any calories as it was free :-)
Spin class first thing tomorrow morning. Didn't weight myself this morning but I'm hopeful for an improvement after bouncing back to my starting point yesterday morning :-(
