Magnum PI
Having heard several of the running blog community rave about it, I decided to do a little Private Investigation of the Magnum myself. Double Caramel variety, as recommended by JogBlog and various others, so if I put on weight I know who to blame.

It took me four ruddy newsagents before I found one as well, everywhere else had sold out, so I reckon I probably burnt off about 348 calories walking round my local township trying to find one. Which, conicidentally, is exactly how many calories are in a double caramel magnum! Never mind being "carbon neutral", this is food that is "calorie neutral" - i.e. you burn up as many calories hunting for it as it contains, and thus you don't put on weight. At all. In fact it could be argued that the walking will raise your basal metabolic weight, and so it actually helps you to lose weight!
Talk about a result eh?? :-D

Ooh, ice cream that makes you lose weight. Now that is a good idea. I'm off to the shop. If you were talking b*****ks and I put on weight, I'm blaming you :-)
thats not a bad calorie count for a yummy ice cream
