Lardathon Day 1
Spent last night having a fabulous evening with a close friend, where we ate rather a lot. This meant that on Lardathon Day 1, my weight was 97.0kgs, which means it's gone up a bit which is worrying. Still - lardathon is here to stop that trend and see the lard flying off me like hot fat off a joint of meat in a kebab shop window where the speed has been turned up too high.
Anyway - brekkie was a bowl of cereal with semi-skimmed milk - I thought it was good but my esteemed colleague told me it was a "mountain of cereal".
Lunch was at a local hostelry, we wanted to go and laugh at smokers. It was only fair that we had beer, and ordered some food as well. I had scampi and chips fresh sea produce and potatoes which must surely be very healthy. No mayonaisse for me of course!
This evening I had some ham and poached eggs with a few potato bits that were grilled. Not sure what the weight will do - I suspect it will come down because I felt as bloated as a bloated thing this morning from last night's drinking to excess delicious gourmet meal.

Hmm, a few potato bits that were grilled? Sounds suspiciously like more chips to me :-)
more chips? That would imply I had chips in the first place ;-)
