Lardathon Day 2

Lardathon Day two started well - I've lost 0.4kgs. Can't think why as I spent the first half of the previous day in bed and then had a pub lunch and more lager. Odd, but I'm not complaining - must have more days like that I guess as they are obviously very effective :-)

Today I had:

Brekkie: sausage and egg butty
Lunch: pork chop with spuds
evening: leftover soup and bread

Exercise-wise, I did a pilates class for the first time in ages, and boy did my tum feel it! Then straight into Body Pump which apparently is a girls' class but there were quite a few men in there. Great to do it again and I now nicely ache in my shoulders as well as around my tum!
