Lardathon Day 3
Not much to report on the exercise front - all feeble excuses I know but it was raining and I was a bit busy trying to sort out some financial stuff.
I also have an LBC (Lard Based Confession)
I had another sausage butty for brekkie, although my other two meals were healthier - the remains of Saturday's food re-heated (well - some of it anyway) and then a chicken noodle thing this evening.
I suspect coach Jogblog will not be pleased with me :-(

It was raining is indeed a feeble excuse. As you know I did a finely tuned athlete stylee 8 miles tonight and didn't winge about the rain :-)
well that might have something to do with the fact that you were indoors ;-)
