Tuesday and Wednesday
Feck feck, feckity feck!
Monday evening I felt rubbish, and fell asleep around 8pm, only waking up briefly before the next morning. I seem to have had a lurgy - maybe I didn't get rid of it at the weekend. I've taken two days off work, but more importantly, two days off training. I was hoping to get a run in Tuesday and this coming Friday, looks like now I'll just manage one before Saturday's chiro appointment. Should be okay - still plenty to report, will just make this a bit of a duff week. Still - can't force it if I'm ill :o(
On the plus side - managed to re-arrange my 1-2-1 swimming lesson for September 17th :o)
