Rest Day :o(
Bit of a nothing day today. I completely forgot about the Pilates class until too late (annoying), and decided not to run as my knee was still nagging a bit. Nothing too bad, but enough to make me feel that giving it an extra day would be good. My shoulder was still a bit sore so I didn't swim either.
The good news is that suddenly quite a lot of weight has dropped off from somewhere (checks limbs), and I'm now down to 100.1kgs. Once that gets below 100kgs, there'll be another graph! Hopefully later on this week :o)
