Swim Swim Sugar!
Discipline: Swimming
Distance: 1000m
Time: 45 minutes
Decided to try a swim to see how well I'd recovered. The answer, to be fair, was "pretty well". I guess that swimming is not the most aerobically challenging thing, unless you're wellying it for 100m, but all the same - this was a nice gentle start back.
I did a few bilateral breathing drills, some pull buoy stuff, and some stroke counting.
I finished with a timed 50 metres, and managed 49.3, which isn't bad considering my breathing wasn't at its best :o)
