'Snot Fair!

Boooooooo!!

I was planning a great bike ride/turbo sesh tonight - something like two hours/25-30 miles. Trouble was on the way home I started sniffing and sneezing a lot, and really had bad sinuses by the time I got home, and was still sneezing like mad. This has happened before - I've no idea what causes it, but it affects my balance and makes me feel lousy. Can't believe it's a cold every time! Allergic rhinitis or something?

This was supposed to be a cut back week, but what with that, parents' evening, and being out at a gig tomorrow night, the week is falling apart a bit! I need a rest day before Saturday's big bike ride too.
