Weekly Summary

Here it is - my summary for the week. Thanks to WildWill for his table format that I "borrowed", although I will tweak it.

56 miles on the bike - half way to Ironman distance!

Meant to be gym for upper body weights, but the gym has been closed down :o(.

A slight drop back for me this week, and I'm going to switch to starting my weeks on Saturday. That gives me the big training block at the start of the week, and means if I do a long ride Saturday instead of Sunday then it still falls into the same week.

Looks like things are slowly coming together - now easy does it as we don't want to tempt fait by pushing too hard!
