Weekly Summary
Here it is - my summary for the week. Thanks to WildWill for his table format that I "borrowed", although I will tweak it.

A slight drop back for me this week, and I'm going to switch to starting my weeks on Saturday. That gives me the big training block at the start of the week, and means if I do a long ride Saturday instead of Sunday then it still falls into the same week.

Looks like things are slowly coming together - now easy does it as we don't want to tempt fait by pushing too hard!
I reckon I'm going to collapse when the training goes up to double this - I'm bliddy cream crackered :os
A good weeks training there Bear - remember CONSISTANCY - so keep it up
