Roll Roll Roll your Butt

Distance: 1km
Right - first swim for ages - and worried my elbow would start playing up again. The good news was that it didn't - or at least not nearly as obviously as last time. I managed to keep my stroke going well, and really seemed to be getting into the swing of rolling from side to side nicely. The times were still pretty bobbins though, but I can work on that - get the technique right before speeding up.
Could have done more, but the pool was getting busy, and I didn't want to overdo it on the arm. It occurred to me that it could be the new angle that the hand is on the reach (about 45 degrees more) that is agitating the arm.
