Given the Elbow

Ah nuts - thought it was all going too well. I'd had twinges in my left arm for a week now, and they'd flared up over the weekend, but it never occurred to me that it's be more than niggles.
Sadly - it wasn't to be - the push from the elbow really made the nerve flare up, and I was in quite a lot of pain after just a few lentghs. I did manage to do several rather nice 17 stroke lengths, but didn't feel that I was rolling quite properly, although the arm entry and reach was definitely better. With much regret, I abandoned the session.
The journey home wasn't fun - gripping the handlebar on my scooter really made the arm twinge, and in spite of ice it wasn't much better. I think I'm going to need a fair old lay off from swimming, and since weight bearing seems to be an issue, my biking's rather up sh1t creek as well :o( Just what I didn't need with IM training a priority.

Since you cant swim or bike at the moment DONT go overdoing the running and getting injurred there to
Get down the gym an get on the gym bike ... you wont be leaning on the handle bars so no probalem ....AND JUST SPIN ... dont do anything silly like the programs or heavy resistance
When you fit again ease up a bi ... you are pushing to hard this early on 75% should be below 75% MHR
