Juneathon Day 17 Exercise
Felt a bit flat in the afternoon and had a snooze - going a bit stir crazy and need to get out and not spend so long with the books! Going to take an evening off after the exam on Tuesday and go down to the running club or maybe do spin at the gym - anything to get away from study!! Still - for the next day or so that's what I'm going to do, and then tone it down a bit after that - have fairly light days Wednesday and Thursday as I only need to keep the same stuff fresh in my mind.
Anyway - eventually decided I just needed to get out there and run. I decided to try my Asics 1120s to see if it helped my knee at all, and surprisingly, it did. Here's the route

Not sure what to make of all these shoe shenanigans, one day one pair works well, another day, another! Anyway - I did the route 25 seconds quicker than I did the other day, About 4:41 min/km :-)

Well done keeping up the Juneathoning. I would advise just buying more new shoes. Shopping cures everything :-)
What? Does that mean that beer isn't necessary?? :-O
What did you tell me the other day? Always say yes to beer? Shopping and beer, what more could you need?

I've been going stir crazy today as well, at least you've managed a run though.
