Heck it's humid out there!
Knee is still playing up - worse than the one that I have an op scheduled for! Anyway - stuck with 2k (same route as the other day) as I'm off to see JogBlog this afternoon. 10:39, so just over 8 min/mile pace which is a tad disappointing as I'm sweating buckets. Well, I'm sweating sweat, but buckets of it. As in lots. See - I can use punctuation ;-)
Been studying a lot this morning, including human evoluation, which includes them discovering alcohol. How appropriate that seems today!

Now you're taking the p*ss out of my lack of punctuation? You might want to remember we're going to be stuck on the end of a bit of metal high up in the sky later with not much between you and the ground ;-)
