ah - good point WOmbly - haven't swum 400 miles!

(didn't the Proclaimers do a song about that?)

Will use colour - it's in Excel but got lost - easy to add afterwards though.

Have to say Firefox is brill for that bit - need to paste in "compose" mode though

Have been slack this week - done feck all training so far
