Well, yesterday my two diet recipe books arrived. I haven't actually cooked anything from them yet, but they make interesting reading. I've added them in since peeps have been asking about them:

Anyway - That run last night seems to have helped, and I've actually made it to the first half stone lost, in ten days. I don't expect this rate to keep up, but I'm not complaining if it does! I seem to be back into the regular exercising as well - running, body pump, swimming etc, so it's all looking good from that point of view.
Must get out there and do some cycling in preparation for London to Brighton!!

Was going to do it both ways as IM training, but now wil just do it one way and have a nice lunch in the pub after.

L2B is a good idea. However, be aware that some of your weight loss will be water. Don't get dehydrated. Do be sensible :o))
