Weighting and Weighting
Right - it's Monday - the "official" weigh in day, and although I've lost the last few days, I went up the few days before that, and ended up exactly where I was last Monday near as damn it!

Blue = actual weight
Purple = target (1kg loss per week)
Yellow = weekly figues - irons out the "blips"
Guess I shouldn't complain, the "hump" had me seriously worried, but given all the swimming I've been doing, I'd have hoped it would have dropped more the last two weeks!

Bear if you've been swimming ALOT then you'll be building muscle mass on your shoulders and the shoulder muscles are HUGE. So try not to fret pet.
Also, haven't scanned the WW stuff tonight - got caught up with stuff will do it tomorrow evening.
