Lousy Swim :o(

Distance: one mile (1600m)
Got to dash to work so can't write much - just had a naff swim - think I ate too close to it. Kept going for 64 lengths but really didn't feel like it :o(

Don't worry about it.. you still got the distance in!!!!!!

Why not try having a big glass of fruit juice rather than solid food before swimming? It's carbs to kick-start your metabolism without being heavy and needing lots of digestion. Then you can eat your muesli and fruit when you get to work :o)
Or yes, carp days happen :-(
On the plus side, my new goggles demister spray was brill :oD
and the Caramel High5 bar wuz nice too, although maybe a tad sickly - the one the other day was lighter
