Did the same route as ten days ago - but for some reason slower by about a minute overall. Maybe it was the swim this morning, maybe it was just I was being a bit cautious because last time my knee flared up a bit for a few days after.
All in all a very comfortable run - the right ITB ached a bit in a dull sort of way, and occasionally the inside left knee twinged, particularly when the camber of the road sloped to tilt it that way.
I'm icing the knee now to try to make sure it doesn't flare up, but fingers crossed it'll be fine and I can try a longer run later in the week.
Good day today - swim and a run, plus got my sleeping bag sorted :o). Plus I tried a recovery bar and a carb gel, both of which were pretty tasty and far better than the usual icky muck!

Knee is a bit sore but nothing too bad today
It was a High 5 recovery bar (banana/vanilla)
dont forget ... you are easing back into things ... protect those knees
oh high 5 are good - I could have told you that! choc and orange one is lush!
oh and as Will says - easy does it, I mean look at me I'm still doing walk run but hey I'm getting there and the leg is fine and dandy!
