Weight and Knee

Nuts!

What's happened??

Weight has now gone steadily up for the last trhee days in a row, and I haven't been eating for England. If anything - I've been holding back - having fairly small meals, eating healthy stuff, and getting in exercise :o( And yet since Tuesday, my weight's gone up from 101.5kg to 102.8kg - a gain of over three pounds! Something must be wrong :oS




Week 1 - big drop
Week 2 - steady (small gain)
Week 3 - big rise :o(

The weekly trend is shown in yellow. Still - week 3 is not yet over - I'll console myself with that!



Just back from my first knee class up at the phsyio's. This involved an hour of doing knee specific exercises, and I learnt several that I didn't know. It certainly gave my knee a work out! I was planning onn running afterwards, but I might rethink that given how much of a pounding my knee's had! A swim sounds good, and then off to the athletics at Crystal Palace this afternoon :o)

Good job I didn't eat it all then Wumble!

Apart from yesterday lunchtime, they have been small, and I only had some soup and a roll in the evening
