Weight and C
Rest day yesterday, and imbibed a fair amount of alcohol!
Today the plan is to try a short run on tarmac, and then to do BP down the gym. I might stick a swim in there as well, as it's sweltering outside! I won't get much chance to exercise over the weekend, as it's Trail Walk and I'm doing support crew for the Feral Bananas :o)
Anyhow - this post is supposed to be about weight. This time last year I was about 13 stone 10, and I've gained over two stone since then, mainly through eating lots while not exercising (either through being lazy, through injury, being busy or just CBA). Anyhow - at the start of the summer hols, I decided to tackle the problem. The graph is shown below

The pink line is the target weight (losing 1kg a week) and the blue line is the actual. I seem to be on a bit of a "Bounce" at the mo, but hopefully all the vitamin C (in fruit) I've been having will get that down. Monday and Tuesday I was very active, so hopefully once all that fibre gets through me (!!) the weight will drop again.

well done! great start!
most weight loss stuff advises weighing only once a week - adn your chart shows why - the ups can be off putting
and once week is enough to show the trend.
It's just for interest, I'm not worried by the fluctuations really.
I wanted to plot the weekly trend to - going to have to figure out how to do that though!!
smart arse - pasting bloody graphs too. Teacher I don't know.
;o)
(well done bear!)
Speaking as a Personal Trainer.... I agree with beanz, weigh yourself just once a week!Hydration levels in this weather can have a big effect, especially if you do lots of sweaty exercise!
Keep it up!
