Wow - bit worried about that but remarkably trouble free. Set out running down Grange Road, and ended up reaching Cornwall Road before turning round (2:38). Iced the knee afterwards, but no obvious twinges and it's an hour or two later. Fingers crossed!
Weight has been steady this week - after going up a bit it's now gone down again and is 101.5kg.

The blue line is my weight, the purple line is the target (1kg per week) and the yellow line is the actual change but done evenly. At the moment it's slightly above the target line, which is not good! Still - nothing too drastic so don't panic. Actual weight as of this morning was 101.5kg, so a 1.9kg total loss in just over two weeks.
