Juneathon Day 3
Hmm - Day 3 of the Juneathon, and it's June 3rd! Do I spot a pattern here mebbe? ;-)
Took a break from study to hit the gym - not for a terribly long sesh but enough to get me out of the house. I left the lower body well alone after two days of running and still having a twangy knee and decided to do upper body weights and some abs. I just love that nice achey feeling the day after.
Bloomin' water machine in the gym had broken so I ended up using tap water - bum!
Did about 10 lengths in the pool as well - not a lot but it's a start.
Back to the books. Must. Not. Carry. On. Too. Late....

I'd love a SWIM it's sooo hot at the moment up north. Well don on joining in on the Juneathon.
