Went out for a gawjus curry with the RW lot last night :oD
Just one question - yesterday morning I weighed in at 100.1kgs, this morning it's 102.6kgs. Can't believe I ate enough to put on five pounds, or even have that much excess food in me. I can only conclude it must be water retention or something - any ideas?

That wouldn't weigh much though surely?
maybe not
but beer is a total waste of calories isn't it
and curry is hardly the healthiest of meals at the best of times!
so lets see

nan bread
curry
side dish
beer (4-5??)
pud?

that's a lot of calories and late in the day
Well I didn't expect to lose weight - it was my one blow out in several weeks.
But even so, five or six pounds seemed excessive.
I've lost half of that by this morning :oD
