Monday - The Plan
Morning After
Hmmm - legs not too tired - not bad at all. A bit sluggish, a few aches around the joints, but nothing overly stiff. I plan a swim tonight to help loosen everything off before a run Tuesday.
The Plan
Sunday: 50 miles on the bike (done!)
Monday: 2000m swim
Tuesday: 6 mile run
Wednesday: 2000m swim
Thursday: 8 mile run
Friday: 26 miles bike to work and back
Saturday Bodypump and swim 1600m
I had hoped to shove that in a table but blogger is being a pain in the @rse!
