Oooh - Big Weight Loss!

Discipline: weights - Body Pump

Did a body pump class - great stuff and really left me feeling achey in a pleasant sort of way. &.5kgs each end for the squats, and we didn't do lunges, and a great abs track. Then into the sauna to help get rid of the aches.

Plus - the gym scales showed that I'm actually about 10 pounds lighter than my ones at home - I've been having doubts about them as the body fat percentages are ridiculously high - time to get some new scales. Would be great to "lose" that much in one fell swoop!
