Coneathon Day 1

Found this oddity just down the road from me. Looks like someone has had a few bags of cement delivered but gone rather overboard on the cone supplies. The ones on the right are piled about twenty deep in those stacks, so there must be about 70 cones in total for about six bags of cement!
