Weighed myself for the first time in ages this morning - and I've put on weight! 93.9kgs!! That's nearly 6kgs heavier than my lightest, so the best part of a stone.
Okay - I have been exercising less due to injury and being busy with work and study, and tending to pig out on dry cereal and mint choc chip ice cream, but I wasn't expecting it to have gone up to pushing 15 stone again.
Time to do something about it!

On the plus side my AS coursework is all ready to hand in (save for printing one page in colour as it has a picture of my practical).
I only need a B to get to physio school, so while I'm still slightly knocked off balance by the poor mark last week, it shouldn't be a problem. Would like it resolved just for my own satisfaction though.

Work is starting a Rosemary Conley class tomorrow with the sponsored slim so this is my major NO GOING BACK/EXCUSES now!
you have had a lot on
so dont beat yourself up over the weight
just do what you know you can do , and it will disappear again
Going to have to get back to studying again soon - not that I haven't been, I've been doing write ups, but I mean learning the stuff for the summer exams.
Working too - think I need to look at my eating habits mainly, I tend to snack on crap when I study.
I'm doing about 4-5 hours of exercise a week still - not the same intensity but probably a feck sight more than a lot of peeps still
